Incredible breakfast buffet, delicious vegetables, fluffy scrambled eggs, free bottled water, relaxing onsen, attentive staff.

All was perfect.

We stayed at an exceptional hotel. the room was tidy and comfortable with great amenities. the hotel is located near the train station which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was fantastic and offered plenty of options. the staff were friendly and helpful with smooth check-in and check-out processes. I especially appreciated the variety of pillows and the facial products provided.

The thin walls of the room made it hard to sleep as it was noisy and we could hear the train. my husband was disappointed that the bacon was too soft and there was no mocha coffee option.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and shopping center. the rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are well-equipped. the staff is polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast is served daily with a variety of options. the onsen is a nice addition to the facilities.

The lobby is small and there aren't many comfortable seating options available, which can be an inconvenience while waiting.

I loved staying at this hotel! Near the train station and shopping center, transportation was so convenient. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the nice onsen and the eco-friendly policy that reduces plastic waste. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part was the breakfast - rich, tasty, and well-balanced. I was impressed with both continental and Japanese-style options, which included natto, grilled fish and veggies, miso soup, Japanese pickle.

Spent New Year in a lovely hotel! I loved the great location which made it easy to access the train stations and entertainment venues. I appreciated the completely modern and well-furnished rooms with fantastic entertainment offerings. Lastly, the breakfast was incredibly rich and balanced with lovely buffet options.

The lack of storage in the rooms, but it didn't ruin my experience!

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and tidy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh organic vegetables and a delightful house brand natto. The bath area was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location near JR and Metro stations made it easy to get around Tokyo. we had a great experience at Super Hotel Premier Musashi Kosugi Ekimae.
